Pen Needle

A pen needle is a small, disposable needle that attaches to an insulin pen or other types of injection pens. It is used to administer insulin or other medications subcutaneously (under the skin) in a process known as insulin injection therapy. Pen needles are designed to be easy to use and provide a comfortable injection experience for patients. They come in different lengths and gauges to accommodate various patient needs. Pen needles should be used only once and then discarded in a puncture-proof container to prevent needle-stick injuries and reduce the risk of infection.
